A space to pause, reflect, and make sense of what you’re going through.

There are times when life can feel difficult to hold together. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low in confidence, stuck in painful patterns, affected by loss, or unsure how to move forward.

Individual therapy offers a confidential and supportive space to explore what is happening for you at your own pace. Together, we can begin to make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and gently understand what may be sitting beneath the surface.

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I aim to offer a space where you can feel heard without judgement, and where therapy can be shaped around what you need.

I am an integrative therapist, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic models and approaches. This allows me to tailor the work to each person, finding the way of working that feels most helpful and supportive for you.

  • I work with people who may be experiencing:

    • anxiety, stress, or overwhelmed

    • low self-worth, shame, or self-doubt

    • grief, loss, or painful life events

    • difficult family or relationship dynamics

    • breakups and endings

    • a sense of feeling stuck in repeating patterns

    • life transitions and uncertainty

    You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. Some people come to therapy with a clear issue they want help with, while others simply know that life feels hard, heavy, or confusing.

  • Therapy can offer a space to slow down and explore your experience more fully. It can help you to:

    • understand yourself more deeply

    • make sense of patterns in your relationships and emotional life

    • process difficult experiences

    • feel more grounded and connected to yourself

    • find new ways of coping, responding, and moving forward

    For some people, therapy is a place for short-term support around a particular issue. For others, it becomes a longer-term space for deeper reflection and change.

  • I offer individual therapy online and in person.

    Sessions are 50 minutes and usually take place weekly.
