You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low in confidence, stuck in painful patterns, or unsure how to move forward.

Individual therapy offers a confidential and supportive space to explore what is happening for you at your own pace. Together, we can begin to make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and understand what may be sitting beneath the surface.

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I aim to offer a space where you can feel heard without judgement, and where therapy can be shaped around what you need.

I am an integrative psychotherapist, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic models and approaches. This allows me to tailor the work to each person, finding the way of working that feels most helpful and supportive for you.

  • I work with those who may be experiencing:

    • anxiety, shame, and self-doubt

    • low self-worth and loss of confidence

    • grief, loss, and major life changes

    • feeling stuck in repeating patterns

    • difficult family or relationship dynamics

    • breakups, conflict, and disconnection

    • sex-related challenges and intimate relationship issues

    • questions around identity, meaning, and how you want to live

  • Therapy can offer a space to slow down and explore your experience more fully. It can help you to:

    • understand yourself more deeply

    • make sense of patterns in your relationships and emotional life

    • process difficult experiences

    • feel more grounded and connected to yourself

    • find new ways of coping, responding, and moving forward

    For some people, therapy is a place for short-term support around a particular issue. For others, it becomes a longer-term space for deeper reflection and change.

  • I offer individual therapy online and in person.

    Sessions are 50 minutes and usually take place weekly.
