Hello, I’m Cressida.

I’m Cressida Rose (MSc, MBACP), a qualified psychotherapist working with individuals and couples.

My work across the NHS, the charity sector, and private practice has allowed me to support people with a wide range of backgrounds, personalities, and diagnoses. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside individuals from all walks of life, each with their own stories and challenges.

Clients come to therapy for many reasons. Some arrive with a clear concern or goal, such as anxiety or relationship challenges, while others come with a more general sense that something doesn’t feel quite right. Wherever you are starting from, my role is to help you make sense of your experiences and find clarity in a way that feels supportive and manageable.

I work in a calm, empathic and collaborative way, offering a space where you can feel truly seen, heard and understood. I aim to help clients reconnect with their authentic selves and access lasting change, guided by the belief that, with the right support, everyone has an innate capacity for growth, self-understanding and improved emotional wellbeing.

At the heart of therapy is the relationship we build together, and it’s important that you feel I am the right therapist for you. You are very welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation to explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
