Individual & Couples Therapy

I work with people who are navigating the many pressures of modern life, providing a supportive space to explore challenges while developing practical coping strategies and tailored psychological tools that build resilience and clarity.

Alongside individual therapy, I work with couples who may be feeling stuck, disconnected, or caught in repeating patterns of conflict or misunderstanding. Couples therapy offers a space to slow things down, improve communication and develop a deeper understanding of both yourself and your partner. I work with couples to explore relational dynamics, strengthen emotional connection and support more honest, compassionate ways of relating.

My approach is compassionate, intuitive and grounded. I support clients in better understanding themselves, improving relationships and gently shifting patterns that no longer serve them.

Sessions are confidential and collaborative, allowing for meaningful reflection, emotional ease and lasting change.
